Privacy Policy

MyCodex Privacy Policy

This policy describes how MyCodex handles information for owner-authorized integrations.

OAuth authorization

MyCodex uses Google OAuth only after the owner authorizes an integration. The current Gmail integration requests only the gmail.send permission.

It does not read, search, archive, delete, modify, or create Gmail drafts.

How authorized credentials are used

OAuth credentials are stored privately for the authorized workflow and used only to operate that workflow.

Meeting-material packets

Meeting-material packets may include Zoom-provided transcript files and a manifest. These packets are sent only to the configured recipient.

Data sharing and advertising

MyCodex does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Data is not shared except as needed to deliver the configured email and operate the owner’s authorized workflow.

Your choices

The owner may revoke an integration’s Google authorization at any time through Google Account settings.
